Used 3/4 inch melamine shelving for risers.
Bought a right return tread that worked, too. All treads shipped well. I bought extra treads because it took 5 weeks to deliver and I did not want to wait another 5 weeks if a tread was damaged. The extra treads were not needed, and easily returned.

One of 11 arrived cracked
One of them arrived with a crack in the front about 12" long. I had to return it because I only have about 5" of waste. Waiting for replacement to arrive. Overall they look great, and as long as the replacement is uncracked i would recommend
