Extremely pleased, beautiful floor
Had installed by Home Depot and they did an excellent job. Professional and very courteous. I cannot believe the transformation it made in our home by getting rid of the carpet. Looks like a totally different home now an looks bigger. 1000 sf installed downstairs and love love love it. Some reviews harp on the cleaning but ANY darker floor will show dust and needs cleaned. No brainier. Cleans easy with the Bruce spray cleaner with the wide terry cloth pad and handle. No big deal. So far so good. I gave the sample pieces the torture test before deciding on this floor. I beat it with stuff and tried my best to put scratches in it with only small surface scratches that appear more as a scuff than a scratch and most of it buffed out to wear it was hardly noticeable. I soaked them in water for an hour and had no swelling or bubbling of the finished surface. Not sure why people have bad reviews on it. Maybe more of a lifestyle than the product itself. I am totally satisfied and happy with it.

fromFinishing off our townhome and my oh my, does this...Finishing off our townhome and my oh my, does this look sharp! We went for a polo-lounge theme for the renovation and this laminate accents the aesthetics of the theme so perfectly. I will update with photos soon.

fromCould not be happier!!!!!We recently purchased this flooring from Home Depot after looking everywhere for months for the right flooring. The staff at our local Home Depot was GREAT! There was a special going on for the installation - - I was a bit hesitant about not knowing anything about the installers, but decided that Home Depot would make it right if we were not happy. The special installation price was unbelievable! The installers were so professional and their work was flawless!!! The floors are beautiful. They do show dust, but any hardwood would show the dust also, and these floors are more durable than hardwood, and cost much less. So glad to get rid of the carpet, because it just hid the dust. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these laminate floors. I believe these floors look closer to hardwood than any I have seen. Do not hesitate to let Home Depot put them down - their installers are 1st class!!!!

fromAmazing quality!I was hesitant, but it was worth it. Kind of a pain that none of the stores carry it in-stock. I had to order from the store and wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped my store's location. Once installed, I realized I needed a few more boxes. This time I decided to order online instead. It came DAYS later. I highly recommend ordering from online vs. in-store! I paid a few dollars for delivery to come straight to my house, but it was well worth it to not have to walk around on partially unfinished floors for a few more weeks.
As far as the look: It looks great and we've had a lot of compliments! It does not look like real wood, but it does look really nice. I'd even say it looks pretty high-end. But I don't think you'd be able to pass it off as hardwood flooring. It's very glossy, so I was afraid with kids and a dog, that it would show everything, but it doesn't! I just sweep it occasionally, and quickly run a damp mop over it, and we're back to a clean, smudge free floor!

frombeware if you have kids or dogs.I bought this flooring after a year of trying to figure out what I wanted and trying to talk my husband into a new project. I decided on this because in the store showroom it was beautiful. It had a really good description of how it held up and the durability seemed good. I do have 2 kids and 2 dogs, hence the laminate. Well, I now have it installed in one room and it is absolutely stunning, but it only made it 1 day before 4 dents were put into it!!!! The dog had a hard bone I forgot about and started playing with it in that room. I am to say the least really upset that it couldn't hold up to a dogs bone. I would not suggest this to anyone with kids or dogs. Scratching doesn't seem to be an issue it's only if something hard is dropped. Oh well, I guess I need to live with it for at least the next 7 years.

fromBeautiful Floors!!We purchased this flooring for our master bedroom in November. Was a little cautious because of the previous reviews but we loved the sample and decided to go with it. We have hardwood flooring throughout the whole house which has since been discontinued and we also had to go with a floating floor since the bedroom was on a concrete slab. My husband installed all the flooring in the house and this floating floor was particularly difficult to install. He does EVERY home renovation and these boards were not "clicking" together as they should. It took about two days to do the entire room, 17 X 20. There were also stairs that he had to cut. Overall, it looks very nice. I am extremely happy with them. Everyone thinks it is real wood when they see it. Nothing will scratch or dent these floors! very durable. As for the complaints about keeping the floors clean, well that's typical with all wood floors. Bona wood cleaner works amazingly well....no streaking whatsoever. I'd rather have wood or laminate stairs anytime rather than carpet, even if it means more vacuuming. It looks so nice!

fromMiddle of the roadLove the looks of this flooring. Unfortunately, you need to lay a bead of glue into the last piece on the walls edge - IF - it is a small (thin) piece that had to be ripped a final filler to finish. That all depends on the size of you room. It also chips. I have had 2 other types of laminate flooring. BOTH I could drop heavy items on and they never chipped. Dented - Yes. But not chipped. This product chips. Dropped a small catspaw after finishing the room during clear-out - chip right in the middle of the room. If not for those 2 things. This would be the best flooring that I've ever used. Of course - dark wood not good if you have animals that shed.

fromBeautiful!!!This floor is amazing and absolutely beautiful!! It's durable and basically easy to install-- if you know what you are doing. We had a friend do the installation and we assisted by cutting the sizes of boards needed.
We installed it in our entire house at one time. I would do it again without hesitation. We find it easy to clean. We use a microfiber mop and hardwood floor cleaner. NO STREAKS! It cleans without much effort. As a matter of fact, my husband does the cleaning. If he can do it, anyone can. I definitely recommend it highly! We have had nothing but compliments on it.
