Did the job
I used it to cut penny tiles it got the job done but felt it didn't do the best job with these tiles. It would crack and break where I didn't want it to. I did use tape to help reinforce them and it seemed to help but wasted more than I got usable. I had a lot of tiles left over so decided I would just go with it.

Nipper didn't work to nip 1/4" off
I bought a scoring and cutting tile tool but it never cut a straight line. So I bought the nipper to try to take off a 1/4 inch off the tile but it just chipped the glazed and was very hard to nip pieces off the tile.

Hard to use at first
The tile nippers were hard to open and close. I had to open with both hands and then close slowly for each nip. It got slightly easier after 20 tiles.

It did the job.
Only one I ever used, but it did the job for a few odd cuts, that the saw just could not do.
