not so good. The product is great and now that it's cleaner than ever I don't worru wbout my dog sniffing or licking at it. I was unhappy at the size of the supposed handheld squit bottle. This is what I was ordering for and when the big bottles showed up, my heart sank. i cannot lift and carry the size I have for more than a few minutes. Very uncomfortable. I had to put it in a smaller dollar store sprayer. I wish I'd never ordered since I didn't get what I wanted.

ConfusedI have been using Bona floor cleaner for about 20 years. I have always been pleased with how it leaves my hardwood gloors looking shiny and clean. I accidentally purchased the Free and Simple solution and have only seen a dull residue on my floors. I didn’t think the new solution would be so different from the original. I’m very disappointed and can’t wait until I finish off the 160 ounces so I can purchase something else!

It works!When I moved into my new condo six years ago a neighbor told me I had to use Bona or my floors would no longer be great looking. I haven't used anything else and certainly don't intend to.

" A Happy Houswife, Consumer, and Friends"I knew nothing about Bona until my housekeeper kept worrying me saying." why don.t you buy a Bona mop", I said," what? she repeated it again , I said" what in the heck are you talking about and what is a Bona"? "The mere fact that you are doctor you ought to know", she said. We almost lost friendship. I went from store to store,but no Bona, finally I stumbled into Bed Bath & Beyond and the first thing I saw was the Bona products( Oh boy) I bought the mop and the accessories that I needed to shut her mouth up. She has worked happily since then for about a year now. I would not trade my Bona mop and the products for anything else, unless you offer me, mop improvement products.

my ONLY problem is the bottle (spray)I have been using Bona because of a salesman I know in Detroit, Bret Ekern!! LOVE Bona, BUT my only problem is the spray bottle!!! I buy product at Lowes, the large bottle w/smaller user bottle attached, great price and only need to refill, But the spray bottle just quits!!! I get one good spray, then I have to open the spray bottle and pour Bona on my floor!!!! just a pain, wondering why the bottles just aren't as good as the product~!!
