Portable, powerful, accurate, relaiable, and quiet
I've had my pick of saws over the years, from MK, Rigid, and Dewalt. The MK was my favorite for over 20 years because it cut true every time! However, it was a real bear to carry around, wasn't easy to clean, and splashed water all over. The Rigid was purchased to be the lightweight replacement with a forever warranty. Well, lets just say it was bulky, splashed water everywhere, and was not very accurate. The came the DeWalt. It was a bit heavier than the rigid, and didn't carry the same warranty, but I've used it for just under a year now and it cleans up easily, can be carried in a car, does not splash water everywhere, is easy to carry, and is almost a true as my MK!

Dont waste time with others, Just Buy This Saw !I have a large remodel project requiring over 650 sq ft of floor porcelain tile (granite graphite), and 150 sq ft of granite counter top tiles (Black granite galaxy) along with backsplashes (blk gr galaxy). After some serious research, I looked at six other brands before selecting this saw. Ease of setup, cleanup and maintanence were high on my list and the saw performs well, but the best feature is ease of use, exactness of cut, and durability (at least so far). My porcelain floor tile (1/4") cut without leading-edge chips, the squareness of cut is amazing, and the ability to hog through real material is crazy; you can stack 3/8 thick granite and cut them two tiles at a time, without problems. I did setup my water supply so as to use clean water only, not recirc, to aid in visibility and to keep abrasives away from the granite best as possible, but the speed this saw cuts through granite is really amazing. I bought a variable speed grinder and polishing stone kit for cleaning up the granite edges, but it only required minimal touchup (backspash). It may not be the cheapest choice, but you can see comparisions on you tube with 1600.00 saws that it easily beats. Don't waste time and money with a $300 toy (I did that first). This saw just flat works!

I’ve used the other two top brands as a professional contractor and the ease with set up, cleanup, power and precision was impressive with this DeWalt saw. Considering how it cut 2.25” stone pavers as the first test; this light weight saw is a real value purchase.

Great saw.....Period.I have been installing tile professionally for about 20 years. This saw is by far the best I have owned so far...and I had a Felker Tilemaster before this one. The weight of the saw is one of many things that sets it apart from the other saws out there.

My Favorite and ONLY Tile Saw Needed! My absolute favorite wet tile saw!! The sliding tray is so smooth--allows for beautiful, clean cuts. Worked with glass tile, ceramic, and pavers; however, I haven't had the chance to use it for stone or porcelain. Assembly was pretty easy, just followed the instructions. Large rubber flaps can be installed to help prevent overspray to keep the water in the pan and I highly recommend it!! I could not believe how much spray was kept at the saw and not sprayed on the wall!! The tile saw doesn't screw into the pan/stand but I did not have any issues with it slipping or moving. A water pump is included!
I really wish that the stand had wheels or some sort. It's not a deal breaker, but it would allow for more portability. Speaking of portability, everything folds up nice and pieces of the saw fit in a slot built into the table/reservoir. Additionally, a laser guide would have been nice to allow for more precision.
Overall, I highly recommend this Dewalt Wet Tile Saw for the the professional or DIYer out there--it will get the job done!

Great saw... Junk bladeThe saw worked very well.... at least till the Dewalt blade wore out half way through doing a tile shower! I am very please with how well the saw works, however I am very disappointed that Dewalt would sell a saw for around $900 that comes with a junk blade. I had to order a different blade from another manufacturer and have it sent second day air in order to finish the job I was working on. Dewalt should either discount the saw and not provide a blade or improve their blades. So if you purchase this saw, plan on buying a new blade right away. Coming from a 20 year floor layer.

Best Wet Saw EverWe are a tile wholesaler.. selling our product to The Home Depot. We run a 8 person crew sample department cutting tiles, glass & stone all day long to make displays. We have 5 wet saws.
this one is by far the best.. my staff loves the one we got three months ago that we just went an ordered another. We expect to retire the other machines over the next 6 months and replace them all with DeWalt's saw..
