Good saw for residential use. Cuts very good. Accessories work well. No water shoots up as long as you have the safety cover down. Very light weight, maybe to light as the table does move on you once in a while, it would be nice if the leg had a firmer grip to the floor. Otherwise easy to use and had no real issues. Only used it once but I can say it does what it supposed to do.

I filled out the registration and provided the Home Depot receipt I received from purchasing online. Somehow that is not good enough for them and they want me to manually fill out these forms and send them in snail mail. If you can’t support your gimmicks, get rid of them. It’s a waste of our time.

Dirt readily collected in the hinge for the segment of the table that hinges down causing it to be hard to close down any time you needed to pull that section up (Example; add water)

Really made the job of cutting the stone tile backsplash for my kitchen painless. Purchased the saw with stand while on sale, so really made this purchase worth it. The stand is sturdy and made the job of cutting the tile while standing easy.

I HAD TO RETURNED MY SAW FOR A NEW ONE. BUT STILL SOME WHAT AFRAID IT WILL NOT HOLD UP WITH REPEATED USE. USING THE STAND WILL BE A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE, I THINK.

The stand on the other hand has more to be desired. It could use modifications. Legs just set in base and difficult to move once set up. Overall great saw below average stand.

Another excellent RIGID product! We tried cutting three different types of tiles: regular kitchen/bathroom tile, a thin brick type tile and a thick heavy floor tile. It cut through all of them like a hot knife through butter leaving flat smooth edges. It is surprisingly neat and tidy. The water is added to the basin below the blade. I thought it would fling water everywhere as it cut. Not so. It's self contained and easy to empty when done. When I think of the miles and miles of tiles we've worked with over the years and the time and money we could have saved it makes me appreciate this quality product all the more.
