You need a Hammer drill or someone who has one...
You need a Hammer drill or someone who has one if you are installing this directly into concrete, but it looks great as a transition piece and wasn't too hard to install. Sometimes it sounds like it's cracking when the rough edges rub against the metal fixture holding it in (it is not actually cracking).

A little difficult to use if you are a novice user. Someone else mentioned that you need to ensu...A little difficult to use if you are a novice user. Someone else mentioned that you need to ensure that you have the proper blade for your saw. I found that you just need to make sure you have a new blade in your saw or the cut will split on you. With a new blade, chop saw, it cut cleanly and was super easy to install.

The floors are very good quality but do not look...The floors are very good quality but do not look anything like real wood once installed. They look very much like vinyl so I was a little disappointed on the money I spent for them. You cannot see the lines that separate the planks so you can't tell they're the wide planks which was the look I was going for.

The only drawback was there were too few screws included for this to be cut and used in a couple of different doorways. No biggie in that anyone installing this should have additional screws around that will work.
