VersaBond-LFT Fortified Medium Bed Mortar is a general purpose, economical, polymer-modified medium bed mortar for use with large format porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tile. With a non-slumping formula to eliminate lippage, VersaBond-LFT can be applied to 3/4 in. (19 mm) thick on horizontal applications. VersaBond-LFT is specially formulated for large format tiles.

Sets fast once applied. Creates a strong bond. Used it on 43” porcelain tiles and the floor came out beautiful .

Great Price for LFT ThinsetI have used this thinset on several jobs. The adhesion is great and the drying time is just right for my work pace. Would recommend it. Just make sure you mix to a good consistency.

I used this mortar to bond stone veneer to concrete board. It worked well and secured the heavy s...I used this mortar to bond stone veneer to concrete board. It worked well and secured the heavy stones quite well. I also used it to trowel on the scratch coat. I used a spray bottle to dampen the stone and the area on the wall it was being attached to, then applied the mortar to the back of the stone and wiggled the stone in place till it was flush on the wall. Worked great and the stone stuck to the wall like glue. I highly recommend mixing with a mixing paddle that you can attach to a drill. I mixed till it was a peanut butter consistency. Too wet a mix will make a messy job for you.

It does require more water than the instructions say and we had to mix it a little longer than the instructions said to. It should be the consistency of soft peanut butter.
Clean up is a breeze. It came off our clothing after brushing it off before washing. It cleaned up well in the grout seams. I used a spray bottle of water, set to stream and a very small screwdriver or utility knife. Wipe the residue off with a damp rag as you go.

Very good product. I used over 3 bags and...Very good product. I used over 3 bags and was very pleased. The product mixes real good and maintains for a reasonable amount of time while being used. If mixed correctly and to the right consistency it hold the tile in place very well. i would recommend this product to others.
