Runner carpet is great!
I ordered this runner carpet because my dog had surgery and he isn't supposed to walk on slippery floors (I have laminate flooring going through the kitchen and out to the back yard). So I was looking for runner carpeting that I could cut to make a pathway to the backdoor and that wouldn't slip around on the floor and would also look nice. I ordered this carpet after reading the product description (it said it had a gel backing for sticking/no slip). It arrived really quickly (it was only available to order online) and it was very easy to lay down and cut and fit to the space I needed. I was able to cut it with ordinary household scissors. I layered different pieces to go around corners, etc. I am completely happy with the runner carpet and it actually looks great! My other dogs run across it to the back door and it doesn't slip or move.

Carpet was perfect for my needsThis carpet is very flat, which I needed. It is fairly soft under my feet, which was also necessary because I'll be using it in the house without shoes on. Seems softer than other indoor-outdoor carpeting that I felt in the store. By purchasing it online through The Home Depot, I was able to get a full roll of the carpet (60') for a per foot savings over the store price. It's a gray which goes well where it's placed. Since it was just put down yesterday, I don't yet know how it will wear - but since it looks like it was made well - I feel confident that it will, in fact, wear very well.

Excellent ProductI needed a rug for a high traffic hallway and this is it! I wasn't sure about purchasing a rug with groves on it and thought it would be uncomfortable to walk on. Was pleasantly surprised [even in bare feet] this runner is comfortable! The rubber backing on the back is an added bonus because I didn't have to buy the 2 way stick tape that usually wears out and has the glue all over the place. Where you place the rug, it stays and that means no more curling up ends or the rug shifting!!

good so farThe only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the length of run that I have cut and put in place has bunched as suitcases roll over it. Other than that, it is attractive, vacuums nicely and looks great over carpet and tile. I have not cut and used the whole 60 ft. but have plans for the rest of it soon. The quality and value for the amount of runner is great. Thanks!

Finally, a stable runnerEvery runner I tried on our tile floor in the back hall slipped all over, even heavy wool ones with rug grippers under them. This is thin and grips the floor perfectly. I tried it over carpet and it slips but for my primary purpose, the hallway, it is absolutely perfect. And if it ever wears out, I have plenty left. Cutting it to the exact length was a breeze.

Easy delivery and easy to cut the lengths needed. However,...Easy delivery and easy to cut the lengths needed. However, the runners seem to ‘bubble’ and move in our high-traffic area on our wood flooring. The rug doesn’t seem to want to lie flat.
