I am a 75 year old man. This is the first time that I have used tile for the kitchen floor.
The complete project went well. The grout worked fine.
I would purchase the same products again if I were to redo another floor.
It took me about three weeks to complete the floor, since it is in an old farm house.
Purchased everything I needed from Home Depot at the same time,
the employees were very helpful.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I have tile and grouted many bathroom and kitchens. I have used pre-mixed grout a...DO NOT BUY!!!!! I have tile and grouted many bathroom and kitchens. I have used pre-mixed grout a few years ago but this stuff is no good. First it drys fast and even with 2 of us working small sections at a time the results are terrible. Grout will not be white since the dye runs out of the product and drys all over your tile like paint which is very hard to remove. And no my sponge was not to wet, even with a dry sponge the color of the grout will run. So now the grout is different colors but bright white. Took 2 of us over 5 hours to clean the tile. We had to use blades to scrape each tile. So it took us all day to do a job that should have only taken 2 hrs if that and we have a very crappy looking tile job.
Do NOT buy!!!!!!

Great product!I have been in the tile install business for 9 plus years. I use this product if it's a small job ( under two hundred sq. ft. ) And I love it. You need to work this product fast, grouting only 5 to 10 sq. ft. at a time. Work the grout deep into your grout lines. Use the small end of your hard rubber trowel and pull at a 45 degree angle. Try your best not to pull the grout over the whole tile if you are using a larger tile. Keep it close to the grout line. Two large buckets are best for cleanup, one for the first wipe down, and the other for the second wipe down. If your sponge is too wet ring it out and press it between two dry towels. Change water and towels as needed approx. every 30 to 40 sq. ft. Never, never use this product on natural slate, or rough stone. Cleanup can be nearly impossible. Every product has it's limitations.

Does the jobThis grout is very easy to work with and easy to install. It is somewhat difficult to clean off of tiles because it is sticky, so I recommend cleaning very quickly after installation (i.e., have a sponge ready and grout tiles in sections). I don't give it 5 stars because I have used this grout in multiple areas in the bathroom and have had to re-grout or touch up. Most of these issues I think has to do with drying speed: One area which cracked and completely popped out from the between the tiles and mortar was in very close proximity to a vent register, and the heat was on. Cracking and air pockets also occurred during drying on vertical installation. The issues could be unique to the bathroom environment because I have used a different color of this grout for the front entry way, and that has held up nicely for over a year now. Also, something about this stuff makes me feel nauseated and gives me a headache--I recommend working in a well-ventilated area, and if at all possible, have the windows open.

Very disappointed in this product. Ruined the look of the shower remodel. It's not just sanded....Very disappointed in this product. Ruined the look of the shower remodel. It's not just sanded...it's heavily sanded. Very difficult to work with even for someone who has been doing this for years. And it is most definitely not bright white. So much time and effort and money went into this bathroom remodel only to be disappointed in the final look.

I do wish I had mixed the product before using since the bottom material was much heavier than th...I do wish I had mixed the product before using since the bottom material was much heavier than the top. The directions of use and drying time on the can were unclear.
Still, it applied easily. The color was decent. Cleanup was more difficult then standard grout as formed a difficult to clean haze quickly. My usual techniques were much less effective on this product

After mixing mortar and grout while tiling just under 1000 square feet of flooring, we were ready...After mixing mortar and grout while tiling just under 1000 square feet of flooring, we were ready to try premixed for our latest project. We had just enough in the 1 gallon container to use on a 9x5 wall. Big time saver and we were able to close it up at the end of the first day and come back to perfectly workable grout the second day.

purchased three containers. two were the consistency of buttercream frosting...purchased three containers. two were the consistency of buttercream frosting and very easy to work with. the third was very hard to get out of the container, and the bottom half of the product was already cured despite the container having never been opened before. all were purchased at the same store over the course of two days.
