This is a combination adhesive and grout for tile installation. The area in my bathroom was only several square feet, plus I've never put down tile before. It was very easy to use and the color choice (putty--sort of a gray-ish off white) blends in seamlessly with the existing tile and grout. It's such a good product that I wish there was more to tile.

The product was very good for the small touch up that I needed.Some of the original grout that was used to install the ceramic tile in my bathroom had started to crumble. I needed some pre-mixed grout to replace the grout that had crumbled. Thus, I bought this grout and replaced the crumbled grout myself in less than 15 minutes, and one could not tell that the work had been done by a novice.

Excellent product for general purposes.Works well as an adhesive. Works OK as grout, but may need to reapply to fill any cracks after drying, especially in grout larger than 1/4 inch gap. Not for use in wet tile areas such as a shower floor. Recommend using grout sealer for any potential water exposure.

Don't buy the premixI was being lazy so I bought the premix mortar and grout in one. i only had to set 20 tiles for a small project. The premix was thick and worked well for mortar, but as grout should have been thinned. Because it was to thick as grout, the clean up was messier than it should have been. I would suggest buying the powder and mix it yourself.

Wish we had used this upon installationTile floor was installed 2 years ago, now grout is cracking in places. I think it was a sanded grout. Bought this product to repair cracks and to use where a tile was replaced. We may end up redoing all the grout with this product.
Good color match, easy to apply with rubber float.
