The service, arrival time and pickup all occurred as expected. There was a minor problem. The laminate came as one order and the threshold arrived as another. The threshold unfortunately was damaged along the way. I did have to return it and bought one in the store. Accidents do happen.

Delicate piece of trim
Product breaks apart if you need to remove it. comes with a metal channel, bought and used a plastic channel witch worked better, was an added cost to the project.

Rediculous what you have to go through
I can not understand why Home Depot sells the flooring a store, but when you need the trim pieces for the project, which every flooring job needs, they don't. I had to order some transitions on line because they were only available that way, and one piece I needed was only sold in stores, not on line, and the closest store to carry it was on the opposite end of the state from where I live. They do sell the whole project, you just need to go to three different places to get it all. Leave yourself an extra day in your project to run around the state and the internet.
