I had read the reviews which said it worked and others that said it was useless. I had used the ...I had read the reviews which said it worked and others that said it was useless. I had used the Miracle grout sealer which lapped over and onto the tiles leaving a spillover "haze" especially when glancing at the floor from afar and at an angle which looked bad. I thought this product would be the solution as "the sealant residue remover" and it was not...its useless. I guess its time to strip the floor. Ugh!

Followed the instructions and was unable to effectively remove the...Followed the instructions and was unable to effectively remove the sealant on the tile. Used a commercial sealant stripper provided by a friend. The commercial product did an excellent job of removing the sealant.

I wish it wasn't so hard to purchase. You don't carry it in the store.It is the product that several flooring installers recommended. Your salesperson in the store referred to it as a miracle product.

Was trying to remove grout and tile sealer. It did not work. Went to a Acid product. Worked mu...Was trying to remove grout and tile sealer. It did not work. Went to a Acid product. Worked much better. I did not know what the sealer was. Part of the problem.

I had residue on my tile floor left from an adhesive I used to keep the tile from popping up. The...I had residue on my tile floor left from an adhesive I used to keep the tile from popping up. The manufacturer of the adhesive recommended this product to remove the residue. While the residue is not completely gone, a shadow still is visible from certain angles, it is so much better than before. The residue stains that were so visible before are now 90% gone!
