Carpet Reducer/Baby Threshold is used for transitions between carpet and hard-surface flooring. The durable finish coordinates with our real wood flooring. Use with Millstead Red Oak Natural 3/8 in. Thick Click Floors, 1/2 in. Engineered Floors and 3/4 in. Solid Floors. This molding is proudly crafted from wood grown. Attach moldings to wood sub floors using countersunk nails and finish with putty. Adhere moldings to concrete sub floors using construction adhesive.

The slider works well for the Eichler we live in.
This review was sent to me for the wood trim on the floor, but we got the slider first, so I include it in the review.
The Eichler was built in the 60's and the door no longer functioned well, and would not lock. This new slider is so easy to use ... what a difference. The door goes out to the pool and is used very often. Even my Grandson has no problem moving the screen or glass door. The wood trim piece on the floor is a perfect fit and a great color match to the floor. Thanks Home Depot.

Review of Carpet Reducer Red Oak Molding
I used this reducer molding to go around the edge of the tile that I put down around my fireplace hearth, after I demolished the old three-tiered brick hearth. The photo of the reducer is not correct. This is a photo of the tile reducer molding, and the carpet reducer molding is cut in more in the inside corner, but I knew what I needed, and this worked great. The color is really nice.
