Apparently NOT a degreaser.....What better morning to test Granite Gold against my regular granite cleaner?... cleanup after the Christmas feast! Every counter was a prep area, but the toughest test was the greasy place the roast-beast was carved. My regular "cleans and degreases countertops" worked better overall. Similar priced...I'll stick with my old standby.

Daily Cleaner Refill containerI have been using the Granite Gold Daily Cleaner for a while. It is so convenient for me to have a bottle in each room that I have granite, so for me that is 3 rooms. I always try to get products that are cost effective so being able to refill my spray bottles and keep them in multiple locations works best for me. Even though the supplier of my granite told me to clean my surfaces with warm soapy water, which I always do for spills and crumbs, I feel using this special cleaner designed especially for granite helps it to maintain its shine. And I like shine. (For added shine I use the Polish as well) This product works well on dark stone. I feel the lighter stone may not need to be as shiny therefore you may be able to get away with using just warm soapy water, but with my dark stone, this product does not leave any streaks and keeps my counters beautiful!

Granite Gold Daily Cleaner RefillI love this product. Especially when I am making meat dinners. I feel that my granite is clean and there is no cross contamination. I am in the habit of using this product in the kitchen whenever I prepare meals. I have recommended this product to family and friends with granite. I like it because there are no streak marks or film left on the countertops or bathroom vanities.
