These does not seem like good hard wood, seems a bit cheap and bamboo like. Color is much lighter than how it appears here.

Not too bad ... however not solid hickoryI've ordered a few of these for a project. I'm not sure if this is the case for all of them, but I know the last one or two I ordered was actually oak with a hickory veneer. Looks like hickory, but it's clear it's not hickory when looking at the underside (which you don't see once installed). For the price, I'd prefer it to be sold hickory. I guess at least it is 100% hardwood even if not 100% hickory. The finish seems pretty decent/think.

It was installed in one bedroom & I will use the same in a second bedroom. I am very happy with the overall look of the floor in the bedroom. It looks beautiful. It was just installed & we are still doing renovations so I did not include a picture since the room is not finished.
