Beautiful product, easy to work with, but order extra items as the packaging is not very sturdy a...Beautiful product, easy to work with, but order extra items as the packaging is not very sturdy and we had 3 stairs that were broken upon arrival. The planks were loose in the UPS truck as they slid out of the box during shipping. Not sure whose fault it was that they were damaged but please order extra. You can return extras to the Home Depot store. Luckily we ordered 3 extra but needed all of them!! They are so beautiful! Good luck - it will be worth the effort!
