Rondec-Step is a finishing and edge protection profile for tiled countertops and stairs. The vertical leg of the profile hides the exposed edge of the sub-assembly. The Rondec-Step profile has an integrated joint spacer which ensures a uniform grout joint between the tile and profile. Inside and outside corners for Rondec-Step are available separately.

Love the finished look
Love these rails. Used them on a tiled countertop. Easy to cut with a miter saw. The corner pieces are needed to make it look complete and they're way to much (total extortion). But cheaper than buying bullnose tile.

Great for short step
I only got one piece of this with the longer metal piece for a short step leading to the front porch, which is being tiled and it worked perfectly, eliminating the need to tile the side of the step. Used the pieces without the longer 2 1/2 inch piece everywhere else.

Perfect! Even though I'm just a DIYer this made my work look professional! Easy to use, and creates a very finished look for stair nosing. Just be wary about using with extremely thick tile.
