Tommyco Industrial GEL-PRO Nylon kneepads features a durable nylon shell combined with injection molded polyurethane and gel technology for superior comfort, durability and protection. For additional comfort and ease of mobility a top section has been added that fastens above the kneepads. This also prevents the upper strap from bunching or binding behind the knee while the lower extra wide breathable licra strap secures the kneepads in place. Tommyco Gelite Nylon Delicate Terrain Kneepads
I do a lot of work that requires me to be on my knees. After 50 years, I need all the help I can get.
The Tommyco GEL-PRO kneepads give me something that a lot of other kneepads don't.
(1) The strap is designed so that it buckle above the knee so that you don't get that wad of strap bunching up behind your knee. That is a big pain.
(2) The gel provide a comfortable cushion that doesn't collapse or wear out over time.
(3) The hook and wide loop fasteners makes it easy to put on and take off
(4) The nylon cover slides without scratching over delicate surfaces like carpet, linoleum and hardwood flooring but it works well on rocks, concrete, etc...
I recommend this to anyone needing protection and comfort for their knees while working.

GELITE NYLON DELICATE TERRAIN KNEEPADS - Got me a pair of these Tommyco Gel Pro knee armor pads a...GELITE NYLON DELICATE TERRAIN KNEEPADS - Got me a pair of these Tommyco Gel Pro knee armor pads and it sure as heck makes it a lot more comfortable working on your knees while on a construction/remodel project. Made of molded polyurethane and gel technology keeps it light and durable. Sure grip caps is designed for non slippage and non- marring on delicate surfaces. I like the snap on, wide neoprene straps for fast and easy wear and removal application. Made from recycled plastics so it's environmentally friendly. Longevity and durability is still in question since I have only used it in a limited time frame. But I'm sure it varies with everyone depending on the amount of usage and job environment it is exposed to.

It is made out of top notch material and it is a very nice looking pad. I like the way it attaches to the leg. Velcro below the knee and an adjustable strap above the knee. It is a little difficult to unlatch the strap on top. Which is a little frustrating when you are hot and tired. But after a few times you wear them you get use it. These are the most comfortable knee pads I have ever worn. You can move around in them all day. They have some type of jell fill or a resilient foam. If you are on your knees a lot you are going to love these pads.

Finally a knee pad that is both comfortable and holds in place securely! These knee pads have a nice soft get inner pad with a somewhat soft outer covering to protect delicate surfaces. They would tear with outdoor use on rough terrain, but otherwise very comfortable and thnelatching mechanisms are excellent. They stay in place.

The Gelite Nylon Delicate Terrain Kneepads fit comfortably and don’t bind as you work even as you...The Gelite Nylon Delicate Terrain Kneepads fit comfortably and don’t bind as you work even as you bend and kneel. The elastic fastener straps easily adjust to your leg and firmly secure the kneepads in place. The bottom strap attaches with Velcro and the top elastic strap fastens with an adjustable hook and clip. There’s a bit of a bend to the top of the kneepads that helps prevent the pads from creeping away from your knee as you work. The nylon face of the kneepads protects against marring surfaces but also adds to comfort. I tried them out while working on some baseboard and then left them on for a couple of hours afterwards. I rubbed them against an exposed area of patched drywall and didn’t produce any dust or scratches. I had them on long enough to say that they are comfortable to wear and comfortable to work in. In fact, these may be the most comfortable kneepads I’ve ever had. I expect them to last for some time.

I think the cushion area is of a standard thickness so they will work great for most applications inside or out on smooth surfaces. The nylon components and the stitching seem to be good quality. These gelite pads also have a stabilizer strap to give more support and to prevent the knee pad from sliding around on your knee. The support strap is adjustable. As for how long they will last, only time and lots of use will answer that.
