Great knee protection!
I have to say these knee pads are amazing, they're fairly light, yet extremely comfortable from a cushion standpoint. I love the hard shells which allow for kneeling on a variety of surfaces without adding significant wear to the gel pad itself. The shells are quickly and easily detachable making these knee pads quite versatile and able to be used on a wide array of projects. I recently used these while working on my car and I have to say taking a tire off when you can kneel comfortably makes a big difference!
I wore them for about 2 hours straight and I did begin to notice slight discomfort behind my knee and upon removal I realized that I may have been restricting circulation slightly causing me to feel that cool (blood rushing in) feeling in both of my legs. I feel this can be alleviated by either wearing shorts (I had them on over sweat pants) or simply limiting the angle at which you maintain knee bends while wearing them. ie: Don't squat down for long periods of time.

Mixed EmotionsI have mixed emotions about these pads -- they feel clunky to walk around with, and don't breath well,so my knees were sweaty after using them, but they are comfortable to kneel on. The Velcro ties are a cinch to use, and there are several adjustment points that accommodate a custom fit to your thigh/leg/knee to minimize movement. The wide strap that wraps behind the leg provides greater comfort than the other pads I typically use, and the hard shell would seem to offer a durable, long life although it snaps on and off readily for replacement when needed. I would give this a 5-star rating if only they did not feel so clunky when walking with them.

As the name states, tough built! The order came on time and I was very happy with the quality of...As the name states, tough built! The order came on time and I was very happy with the quality of the product. One thing that is not mentioned clearly is they attach around your knee with two Velcro straps. That is, you do not have to put your foot through a loop and pull them up. Just wrap the Velcro around the knee. There is plenty of padding and the plastic outer layer is strong. Very comfortable to wear.

Good quality and are very comfortable. My only complaint is...Good quality and are very comfortable. My only complaint is the fact that they tend to roll to the outside of my knee when I kneel down. If the shell had a slightly squared shape it would be better for my personal taste but that’s just my personal preference. Other than that I’m happy with them.

Rocking knee padsI really like these knee pads. The gel makes them wonderful. I have bad knees and when the wife wanted wood floors, I put it off until I found a set of knee pads that would permit me to spend hours on my knees laying down the slats. The ones in the store were either too poorly made or too expensive. Like Goldie Locks these were just right. I completed the project and now use these pads when I need to be on my knees like gardening or plumbing tasks.

Home Depot misleadingThere are 2 versions of these. Twice in the description I read "secondary tension strap," which is like 1 'Y-shaped' strap. Then they sent me the model with 1 single strap. Home Depot, please supply front and back pictures of your products.

Gelfit KneepadsI have purchase several kneepads and they will move around on while walking or move around on when you are on your knee. Or they cut off your circulation trying to tightening so they would move you. On Gelfit you will not have that problem. They are conformable and will not slide down on. Great pair of knee pad.
