I needed a tool to easily remove slat boards that were nailed to my bedroom floor. The guy at Home Depot recommended this tool and I said just by looking at the tool it was of poor design for what I wanted it for. I got home and my thoughts were correct. You have to lean way over and the tool totally stinks for getting under the wood. Returned it the next day.

Did bend a little when prying 3/8 flooring glued down...Did bend a little when prying 3/8 flooring glued down on 1/4 luan. Little more angle to it plus 1/16th thicker or better steel.It helped. Not heavy duty/ commercial grade.
