Full-time standing worker. Went back for another.
I've been using my CumulusPro full-time for about two months now and it's wonderful! I stand at a desk for work (taking some sitting breaks, but I guess standing is best for us ;] ). I was impressed by other reviewers favorable experiences and so far I'd agree.
The mat is a good thickness, neither too soft nor too firm, and looks good in black. It's even rather comfy for bare feet. I've had a lot of back, neck, knee, well, various aches and while they haven't been eliminated thus far (two weeks would be asking a lot!), I do feel comfortable and supported for long stretches. I'm around 170, and I can dig my heels in hard to feel the floor underneath; but when I stand normally, it's a dozen times more cozy than when I step off onto cement-like carpet.
For the experience - I'm impressed by the price (after researching what constitutes a worthwhile anti-fatigue mat), and more impressed by the customer service. Like some other reviews, I unpacked a 'Made in China' mat that had a fairly strong smell (maybe a 3.5,4/10, unless you chose to sleep with your face on your CumulusPro?). Customer service was awesome in their handling of it, which makes me confident in the guarantee they offer and really pleased with the decision so far!
Edit: I'm now using both the 20x30 for standing at my desk, and the larger size in the kitchen. Great products.

I’m using this for my standing desk and it is...I’m using this for my standing desk and it is perfect! Nice and plush, holds it’s shape well and doesn’t leave an impression from where I was standing. I am using mine on a wood floor. It does not slip and is easy to tuck under my desk when I switch to a sitting position.
