Expensive piece, Mandatory for stairs.
I was really surprised this piece was shipped from the East coast and I live in Idaho. The thresholds and bullnose molding pieces are very expensive for what you get. They are easy to install, but be sure you use a very sharp saw blade when cutting. They chip easily at the cut.
If you are lucky enough to find a real wood bullnose you can use, that matches the laminate you purchased, then go for it and save half the money or more. But this product does do the job well. They should just reconsider the price. The exorbitant price is why I won't do stairs in this product.
