Super Comfortable- Works Great With My Sweat Pants & Baggy Pants
I have to be comfortable and unrestricted when I work and I found out that Magnee Strapless Knee Pads work great with my sweat pants and baggy pants! The trick is you have to mount the pads horizontally just a little below the knee cap, unlike the way the picture shows on the package. As a bonus horizontal mounting of the pads offer additional side knee protection and shows its advantages when you lean from side to side. Strong magnets keep the pads to stay put on the material. Thick padding and tough material make these super comfortable and durable. I talked with the manufacture of Magnee Strapless Knee Pads and they are very enthusiastic people and provide great customer support! Attached are the updated instructions provided to me from the manufacturer showing Magnee Strapless Knee Pads vertical attaching for regular fit pants and horizontal attaching for baggy pants.

Didn't Work for MeI was really hoping these were the answer for my old knees, but here are the problems I had:
1. Getting them inside the pant legs and centered was cumbersome. I was wearing cargo pants so there was ample room.
2. We all know how great our pants are at staying put when we're working. Especially when moving around on our knees, standing, squatting, and kneeling a lot. SO, if your pants don't stay positioned exactly as they were when you fitted the pads, several things tend to happen. The pads can become either too high or low on the knee. If too low, the top magnets would separate when I knelt down, leaving the top of the outside pad sticking straight out. If the pad was too high, I wouldn't have protection for my knee.
3. Unless I intentionally held them in place when I knelt down, my knees would roll off to one side or the other.
4. I found that too much of my concentration was devoted to constantly fiddling with the pads instead of on the job.
5. These are not the pads that you can put on and forget about until the job is done. You may not have back of the knee problems but there is a trade off.
