I bought this product for a transition between a laminate...I bought this product for a transition between a laminate floor and carpet. The metal bar that it snaps into is too low so the piece would not fit. I jury rigged it by putting some washers under it to raise it to the correct height. The screws they give you are not adequate so I got some better screws from the garage. And why do you have to buy double the amount for a regular door. I would have returned it but too much work and time . Janky product.

Good ProductThis product was a perfect match for my tile flooring. It was easy to cut to fit. The only thing missing for this selection was the lack of optional lengths. I had to purchase two molding strips and waisted a total of 50". That made the product more costly. This should also be available in the store!
