Aqua Mix Eff-Ex removes and inhibits efflorescence. Eff-Ex is a non-acidic (pH 7.4), heavy-duty cleaner. For use on natural stone (such as marble, granite, slate, travertine and limestone), porcelain, quarry, Saltillo, terra-cotta, cement pavers, masonry surfaces and other porous tile and grout where a natural look is desired.

Works well to remove dirt from quarry tiles but not efflorescence
Used on outdoor quarry tiled patio. Had bad efflorescence on grout joints. Cleaned tile nicely but did little to remove efflorescence.
