Good product/Exceptional customer service
I love my Bruce engineered wood flooring so getting this trim piece was important. I ordered rather late and when I saw the expected delivery date I was distressed. My brother was coming from out of state to help me install the flooring and he was going to be gone before the trim arrived. I did a live chat online and explained the situation and asked if she could get Bruce to expedite the shipping and THEY DID! Thanks so much to Bruce AND to Home Depot customer service!

Not tongue and groove!
Item sent to me is of excellent quality, finish and color match to the rest of the flooring. Unfortunately it is not tongue and groove as stated, it just has the top lip meaning all of the abutting floor boards are free to move from the edge piece when stood on. I would certainly have returned this product right away if I didn’t have a timeline that needed me to install it that day. I will now have to deal with the irritating movement for many years to come. Very disappointed.
