This was such an easy way to cut laminated flooring plaques than with an electric saw. I am an elderly woman doing my own floors. It was hard to manipulate the apparatus as I was weak and was designed for a stronger person. The lever that is to move during cutting needed more energy than I could afford. So, to alleviate this problem, I used a longer and heavier metal pipe around the handle, which caused an imbalance in the tool. Since there was no lock in place (as it was designed for a shorter lever) to avoid moving when it was not in use imposed a safety issue for me. So, compelled to return it. SAD. This is a very convenient and an easier tool to handle for cutting laminate plaques for a stronger person. not a feeble woman. Compared with the electric saw, this is not loud at all, no powder flying around (so no need of ear plugs, masks or safety glasses and no electric cords around. Less hassle, quick usage. If this is designed with a heavier board, with a longer lever would be a perfect tool for women who do not have muscle

Thought I would try this product verses the miter saw. Unfortunately, each and every cut was bad....Thought I would try this product verses the miter saw. Unfortunately, each and every cut was bad. The blade is obviously to thin and bends outward away from the cutting surface resulting in a curved cut-not straight and chipping on the face of the laminate surface. This happened on every one of the cuts which then had to be trimmed with the miter saw so the product is of no use. It only took a few cuts to realize that this cutter does not work for the laminate flooring being used. Likely on a thin lower cost laminate it would work fine. It does not work at all on a 12mm Pergo Premier Max laminate.

$200 for a blade with a lever?No. A measly $200 to increase production by 30 percent. I own a hardwood floor install business. The flooring salesman brought one by. I said "that's the dumbest thing I've ever seen." Then he let me use it. 1/2 inch x 5 inch product. Pecan top. Like butter. And I didn't have to stand up, walk to the saw in the garage,struggling to see my line in the poor light. YOU WILL LOVE YOUR LIFE MORE BECAUSE OF THIS PRODUCT. The birds will sing louder, the sun will shine brighter,yet never over a traffic light. Your wife will find you more attractive. You may even regrow some hair. Actually, you'll just feel better because this thing saves the getting up and down. I'm ordering another one right now, because I still see too much traffic to the miter saw.

This product was awesome! We laid about 1,000 sq ft of lux vinyl tongue and groove flooring with...This product was awesome! We laid about 1,000 sq ft of lux vinyl tongue and groove flooring with underlayment attached. It said you could cut it with a utility knife but there was no way! This tool made it super simple and quick. Best of all, no mess or dust from cutting the vinyl. Loved it!

I used 4 blades on my miter saw for 2...I used 4 blades on my miter saw for 2 rooms the last Blade was 109$,found this on line saved big $$ and finished the 2200 sq foot in half the time;;could cut right next to work;didn’t have to run outside to cut every 4th laminate will use this for now on for laminate floooring

Quick, no mess, and easy to use. Cuts are not...Quick, no mess, and easy to use. Cuts are not very clean but the ends will be hidden by the molding.

Great tool to have.This is a great tool to have. Eliminates dust for the client and workers. It needs to be sharpened often for nice clean cuts but it is really easy to keep the edge on the blade with the provided stone. Tried it on laminate flooring and it works great! No noise or dust for most cuts. I can't wait to see it in action with siding.
