The Miracle Sealants 511 H20+ 32 oz. Water-Base Sealer is designed for use on marble, granite, slate and other stone surfaces. The sealer can be used inside and outside and does not use P.F.O.S. or P.F.O.A. components. It works to resist stains and oil for durability.

Easy to Apply, No Bad Smell
I chose this sealer for my travertine floor because I wanted to avoid the smell of a petroleum-based sealer. It was easy to apply with a roller, and clean up was simple with soap and water. The sealer dried pretty quickly and did not change the gloss or surface finish of the tile.
I'm not sure if it will last as long as non-water-based sealers, but if I need to re-apply it, it will be easy to do.

Easy to use and good coverage.
Used to seal stacked stone on a fireplace. Very easy to use, with very good coverage. Time will tell but so far so good. No change in color.
