There is not enough phosphoric acid in the mix to make it worth while. Buy phosphoric acid it self and dilute it if necessary.

Not much phosphoric acid
I bought this to use as phosphoric acid, and explored the web site, the MSDS, and even the bottle after I got it for a list of ingredients. No specifics given, except that it contains phosphoric acid. After I open it I tested it for the amount of acid present (I am a chemist and university professor) - it is only about 25% concentrated phosphoric acid. It is green (not clear like pure phosphoric) and is foamy like it contains some detergent. It would be good if the manufacturer included a list of ingredients, or at least a statement that it is ~25% phosphoric along with detergent and inert ingredients (water?). It is useless for my purposes, although I imagine it would work for the cement & tile cleaning for which it is marketed. Please label the product!

Barely worked
I have a concrete driveway which is ten years old. Last winter while I was gone my son used fertilizer to melt Ice and it left rust stains on the concrete. I tried CLR which did not work at all. so I ordered this product and applied it exactly as stated in the instructions. I worked small sections at a time and could see it was not really working even after 30 minutes. I decided to leave it on longer and ended up with it on for about 3 hours. I never let it dry. finally I rinsed the stuff off and added a neutralizer. When the drive dried out it had a whitish color wher the concrete was bare(no rust) The rust spots were still there. wife says the product lightened up the stains a little. The reality is the product did not work as expected. I expected an expensive product like this to work but it did not.

Best concrete etcher/cleaner available
Why don't they stock it? It has been around for decades and is harmless as they put it in cola soft drinks. Put it on concrete, scrub it and wipe/hose it off. Bingo, brand spanking new concrete ready for painting or leaving as is.

My primary use of this chemical is rust removal from metal surfaces. I first discovered because I wanted to clean up my cast iron table saw. I bought a product specifically made for this project which worked well but was very expensive. The primary ingredient was phosphoric acid. After a little research, I found this product, bought it and have been using it with great results. Of course, I also use it to clean our tile floor and grout, which is the intent of the product. It works great for that too.

Worked on tough concrete stains
Worked as well as muratic acid on cleaning and etching concrete but much easier to work with. (less caustic)

Product has many uses
Bought product mainly to clean/neutralize rusted auto parts. Seems to work great fot that. I removed all scale rust and applied a 3:1 (3 parts water > 1 part phosphoric acid). The rust started dissolve and I eventually was left
with a white zinc residue. I also used it to clean up some lime
deposits on my masonary chimmney. So far this product
works great for a variety of jobs. Nice to have on the shelf.

It does a great job of cleaning my tile.
I used this product on my kitchen floor that seems to get dirty with grease and kitchen messes. The tile has small holes in it and they seem to catch the mess. The acid loosens it and makes it easy to clean with a stiff brush. I use a floor cleaner machine to pick up the excess water after diluting the acid that was applied to the floor.
