Great line of trowels here by Ridgid. They feel comfortable in hand while using them and product less hand fatigue than many other models I have used. I set tile as a profession, which means I rely on my trowels just about as much as I rely on any other tools; they have to be right otherwise I am either hurting physically or financially with a decrease in productivity. I tried the Ridgid trowels on a lark and am well pleased. Finish holds after many hours of use. I have not as of yet experienced any handle separations. The tines holds their edge also after many hours of use. I like these trowels as much if not more than some of the much more expensive ones on the market today.

The features that Stand out the most are the notch size,gold finish,strength,and the blade. The n...The features that Stand out the most are the notch size,gold finish,strength,and the blade. The notches are great. I used it to do some tile in my bathroom. They leave a nice depth. The blade it self has two sides not notched witch is very nice if need to clear a mistake and redo. Saves having another trowel with. The gold finish is great when it comes to clean up. It cleans up very well. I have had it a little over a month now and would recommend getting one. At this time I have found nothing to dislike about this trowel.

Extremely impressedAs you can see from my reviews and my handle you can assume I am a Ridgid fan. But by no means am I blind. I know when there is quality and when there is not. Ridgids new line of tile tools continues to impress me. I love the comfort, the durability and ease of cleaning. I love this entire line so much that I went out and made it my objective to get every Ridgid tile tool Ridgid has to offer. Great tools at a fair price.

You HAVE to check out this Ridgid trowel! The golden finish is much more than just about making it look cool. It really helps the cleanup of the trowel at the end of your project. This trowel is extremely comfortable in your hand. I would highly recommend this trowel to anyone starting a tile project!

This is a great trowel, but I am surprised most as the amazing value. The phrase, "you get what y...This is a great trowel, but I am surprised most as the amazing value. The phrase, "you get what you pay for" is weak in this case. I'm not sure how they calculate "longer life" but I'll leave that one to the engineers. It does, however, clean quite easily, as advertised . . . it seems as if there's a special coating applied to prevent mortar from sticking on too hard (as it washes off so easily). It is a high-quality trowel and has the handle welded to the plate instead of screwed-on. This prevents mortar from building up in the recesses and dragging an improper pattern. The handle is rubber for good grip and is soft, providing nice ergonomics.

It has a great feel, very comfortable. It's durable and long lasting. The golden coating makes it very easy to clean. It is a very high quality trowel.
