Armor AX25 is a non-yellowing, high gloss, Siloxane Modified Methyl Methacrylate offering superior adhesion to concrete, aggregate and pavers. Its unique water repellent formulation allows for resistance to fresh and salt water pool systems, de-icing salts, rain, sleet and snow. It meets cure and seal specs ASTM C-1315 and can be applied directly to freshly poured concrete.

This was the first time I applied a sealer to my 8 year old pavers, I was nervous about the project not turning out well. I read the instructions and decided to use a sprayer since a roller would be difficult with the varying surface dimensions on pavers. I warned my next-door neighbors that there would be an odor for a day or two– which there was. I and they kept our windows closed until the odor dissipated, which was fairly rapid here in Arizona. The pavers have never looked this good, in fact they look better and than my highest expectations before I began the project. I have a lot of pavers and I used about 9 gallons to do the job. My wife is ecstatic. She bought a new patio furniture. She wants to do more entertaining in the patio and so do I. What a difference - the pavers no longer are "washed out" and faded looking .

Water proofing concrete surface.Waterproofing concrete is a good idea, so that it will repel water penetration and thus will not promote mold, mildew and dirt. I believe that the product will do that job.
I have some pictures: clean and dry concrete, treated concrete , treated and wet with beading water etc.
The water beads on the treated surface; that means it is repelling water. The treated surface is glossy, and looks like it is wet.
The product is a thick clear solution, and does have heavy toxic smell. So, even though the manufacturer says, it is for Interior/Exterior use, I would not recommend it for indoor use, due to the toxic fumes, unless it is fully ventilated and no inhabitants in the house for at least 24 hours.
The application is not that great and user friendly; the overlapping of application makes it not too nice to see. So, once you start the application, you have to go along evenly, without overlapping later.
The warranty statement by the manufacturer is intimidating. It says " There are no guarantees or warranties to the products performance or suitability to specific applications. Actual conditions of use, handling, and end product performance are the sole responsibility of the user."

Beautifully Enhances Brick and Stone ProjectsWorks great, looks great too. Easy to apply. Use gloves and a mask, the fumes are strong. It really enhanced our living room steps, and repels water which is great for all things outdoors here in FL during the rainy season. These bricks are over 30 years old, but this product brings them back to life. I plan to use it on my fire place and front porch as well. Minimal instructions are provided on the bottle. A paint roller or other applicator is all that's necessary to apply. Easy to clean up. Dries quickly, but I recommend waiting 24 hours to be safe. Surfaces should be cleaned very well before using. For outdoor uses I recommend power washing before applying to make sure you surfaces are sharp and fresh after application. For large surfaces, you may want to use a long paint roller.

Excellent productAfter weeks of prep (pressure cleaning and using polymer jointing sand to fill the joins), I started with 1 gallon to see how it will looks like. You can see the result on the picture after applying one coating. The result looks promising, so will order another 5 gallon to finish the pool deck. Will update the review with the end result, once the job is finished.

Really seals nicelyWe use this to seal a walkway, and it works great. Lots of heavy use has not created a problem.

Great product great companyhave been searching for a replacement to the concrete sealer that I used to use since it stopped being made. Tried several products that just didn't work. Finally found this product and omg, fantastic. Darkened my faded stamped concrete to original color and the gloss look is just stunning.
