impressive results
The product was easy to apply and dried completely clear. After removing the previous sealer which was also a water based sealer, we applied the Ghostshield Lithi-Tek LS 9500 to our interlocking pavers. We wanted something that left a natural finish without a shine, our last sealer looked good for about 5 months but then started to appear somewhat discolored and irregular. The pro desk at our local Home Depot recommended this product and suggested we give it a try since it seemed to meet our needs. It resist mold and mildew, is not slippery when it gets wet and most importantly it looks natural. Another compelling factor is it is guaranteed to last for up to 100 years and since it is concentrated it actually ended up costing us less then what we had spent on our previous sealer. I've noticed our pavers appear to stay dryer longer and are a lot easier to clean. I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a natural, easy to use clear sealer for their concrete pavers.

Water beads up on the concrete, I think it's working....Water beads up on the concrete, I think it's working. The spray pattern from when I applied the sealer is still visible on the concrete weeks later and I'm not sure why that happened.

Best concrete sealerAt first glance this product seems to be extremely expensive. But after you realize that one gallon must be mixed with four gallons of water in order to work, the price is less than $20.00 a gallon , which is very competitive with other products. It is very easy to apply. It dries very quickly. And can be walked on immediately. I found that when you apply it you must overlap quickly or it will dry and the second coat will not penetrate the first coat. So you must overlap coats before the first coat dries. I put it on when it was hot out and found out the hard way. The second coat, where I overlapped, beaded up like water on the hood of a newly waved car. I just pulled the beads off and on to a spot that wasn't coated. The best part of this product (besides the fact that it works as advertised) is the warranty. IT IS GAURANTEED TO WORK FOR 100 YEARS!!!. Yes I would recommend this product to a friend. It's the best!

Not sure how to assess result b/c this is first...Not sure how to assess result b/c this is first experience with any sealer. Didn't change color; water beads up; less concrete dust/efflorescence.Second coat should be applied literally within minutes; wait too long and 2nd coat of sealer just beads up and does not penetrate.

Did a 30' x 12' patio, which had been poured 30 days prior. Easy application, but you must work...Did a 30' x 12' patio, which had been poured 30 days prior. Easy application, but you must work fast to get the 2nd coat without puddling. Water now just beads up, and is easily blown dry via leaf blower. Does exactly what I wanted and expected.
