Was the wrong reducer. Wasted a piece of it. Still have the leftovers, but it was special order so I guess it was a complete waste of money.

The product looks very clean and matched well with my existing floor. I followed the directions a...The product looks very clean and matched well with my existing floor. I followed the directions and installed the track into the subfloor. I ran into an issue due to the thickness of my carpet and how low the track sat was once it was installed onto the subfloor. I could not snap the molding into place. TO BE CLEAR, THIS IS WAS MY FAULT. I ended up cutting a strip of wood 1/8” thick / 1/2” wide / and approx. 60” long to shim the track up. Once I did that, the part fit perfectly onto my carpet and existing floor.
This was my first experience with this product. It took me longer to prep my carpet and cut a shim piece then to actually install the transition strip. Now that I have a better idea what to expect the rest of the house should be easier.
I gave this a 4 out 5 star rating because they only give you 4 screws. In my case I used all holes in the track ( I believe there was like 15). But they probaly don’t load you up with screws in case you are only using a portion or your transition piece for smaller areas.
