normally fifteen or sixteen USD each in most big boxes, it was a huge surprise to see this price ...normally fifteen or sixteen USD each in most big boxes, it was a huge surprise to see this price (five bux each), plus i got free shipping ! the order was placed around the 4th of july, so the free shipping may have been a holiday promotion (nowhere was that perq explained). the shipping details were vague, but it arrived well before i needed it, well protected in heavy duty tubes (think cat perch columns) and individually wrapped in plastic (our choice of flooring was based largely on environmental concerns, but each element of solid bamboo flooring has been wrapped in plastic, sometimes with foam as well, then collectively wrapped in plastic ... you see where i'm going). these are solid woven bamboo, as advertised, so get yourself some titanium or cobalt drill bits -- you are going to need them

The product seems fine but I had to return it. We were trying to match bamboo flooring purchased...The product seems fine but I had to return it. We were trying to match bamboo flooring purchased at floor and decor and this is much more yellow than the flooring. Not the fault of the product or HD.
