Tommyco GELite Rough Terrain Kneepads provides superior comfort while kneeling over rough, rocky or gravel surfaces. These Tommyco patented ZPZ Zero Pressure Zone kneepads have injected SEBS covers recessed in the center to redirect pressure away from the delicate patella knee bone. Their Rough Terrain feet extend outward to grip and provide a bridge over rough unstable surfaces. Complete with the Tommyco triple layered CoolFlow EVA foam, durable GELite and soft neoprene, these kneepads provide maximum protection and durability.

When I first tried these, they didn not fit too well, then I realized that you are supposed to cross the straps. After I did that, they stayed in place somewhat better. The straps are comfortable when my leg is at 90 degrees, but when bent more, the straps bunch up and are uncomfortable. The straps are also very close together, and the pads tend to slip when standing up.
There's not much adjustment on the straps, and with no buckle, they are not easy to put on and adjust. The pad surface is thick and gives lots of padding. I used them while working on a bed of decorative lava rock, and they definitely have enough padding. On hard concrete they are difficult to move in, because the pads are not rounded and it tends to "roll over" on the side, leaving your bare knee on the ground.
There are no real vents or any air holes that provide air circulation to your knees, and I did not feel any cooling effects. Overall these will do in a pinch, but I there are better knee pads out there.

The 'hook & Loop' straps are easily adjusted for a comfortable fit. The padding inside gives great support when wearing on any surface. The outside surface will allow gripping the surfaces and not slipping as many 'hard covered knee pads' do. There are several different designs to choose from which provide different options for the many types of uses. The quality of these knee pads are Great and should last a long time. I used them to install my landscape edging and they made that job easier than using a lesser quality pair. I plan to use them when working on my car; in my shop and in my garden. If you want quality, comfort and durability I recommend them highly.

I injured a knee and now have pain when kneeling on that knee. These patented knee pads have a thick gel pad which eliminates the pressure when kneeling on any surface. The ground bearing surface is recessed in the center to redirect pressure away from the patella area. I chose the rough terrain pads and plan to use them for tiling and gardening. Our rocky, hard and cactus ridden ground will be a lot easier to deal with this season!

These knee pads are a wonderful product. They are versatile enough for indoor and outdoor chores....These knee pads are a wonderful product. They are versatile enough for indoor and outdoor chores. I tried them out indoors first. I needed to clean a few paint drops by the painter - my son - from the floors in a couple of rooms he painted for me. Then cleaning the bathroom is easier reaching the fixtures and corners for me when on my knees. Then I took the knee pads outdoors and pulled weeds for a while. They will really be useful when putting plants in the garden bed later on.

These knee pads are fantastic. I do a lot of working in my garden on my hands and knees and my kn...These knee pads are fantastic. I do a lot of working in my garden on my hands and knees and my knees always end up sore and beat up. I put these on last weekend and worked for about four hours off and on in my garden and when I took them off not only was I not beat up but my knees felt great.
They are very easy to put on, adjustable to just about any size that is needed. very easy to use and light to carry around. Top notch product! Glad I selected them Highly recommended!

These rough terrain kneepads are a great product. These kneepads are very good quality easy to us...These rough terrain kneepads are a great product. These kneepads are very good quality easy to use tool. They would be perfect for anything that requires long periods of time on you knees working. I have used these for extended periods of time and they are very comfortable and solid. The shape of the pads keep my knees from twisting and rolling while moving around on unlevel ground.

While not used for a long term, the Kneepads do offer good support and cushioning for my knees, w...While not used for a long term, the Kneepads do offer good support and cushioning for my knees, which do need that "point of pressure" relief. The Velcro straps do attached to Kneepads to my knees, but do allow the pads to shift some. Though, it is easy to adjust the kneepads to my knees after I am down. Then, the kneepads stay in place and offer the support I was expecting.
