I followed the instructions carefully but I never got it...
I followed the instructions carefully but I never got it to snap into the rail. I even tried turning it around. It would not make contact with the rail. I will never buy this again.

This style was the best choice for our transition from vinyl plank flooring to carpet. The only ...This style was the best choice for our transition from vinyl plank flooring to carpet. The only issue was the track portion that attaches to the floor had to be raised about 1/4 inch with Styrofoam under it before the transition piece would snap into it. We had to pull it back up to re-do some of the vinyl flooring. Came up easily, didn't crack or break and snapped back into the track with no problem.

Way Overpriced But Fits perfectlyWay overpriced for what it is, but it does work perfectly with vinyl plank flooring. Color match not perfect, but close enough to not be annoying. Manufacturer has you exactly where they want you - bite the bullet and buy it.

Waste of moneyThis product looked great when I opened the packaging but unfortunately that is where the love affair ended. Make sure that you handle this product gently. Stay away from the chop saw it just shatters the product into shards. A fine toothed hacksaw is required to cut this. Also make sure that there is virtually no difference in height between your two flooring materials. I tried using this as a transition between a newly laid vinyl plank floor and an existing tile floor. the difference in flooring heights appeared to be less than the 5/16 of an inch that this product should accommodate for but unfortunately the height difference prevented the molding from being able to seat in the track properly and unless fully seated the molding just does not stay in place.

We had new flooring done for our kitchen and living rooms for the 1st time by a Contractor so NOT...We had new flooring done for our kitchen and living rooms for the 1st time by a Contractor so NOT D.I.Y. for a change and it was an Ins. Home Owners claim so I had to be within guidelines of prices and such. At Home Depot I found the L.V.P. in Oak color put down in the kitchen and came up under budget which was great. Then I chose this "reducer" instead of the metal "transition strips" to cover an old metal strip that showed wear against the nice new flooring. We only needed 1 strip for 2 door areas which also came under the budget (approx. $21.00 for 1 strip used in BOTH doorways). I have only had them down for a couple of weeks and 1 piece the Carpenter glued on instead of using the included metal piece as it is really just decorative. I LOVE the look and so easy to clean. The cuts around the wooden door frame were easily made and as tight as anything else could do. This strip matches the vinyl planks perfectly and I am including 3 pix. 1 showing this strip against the old carpet that is just decorative (covering an old silver metal strip). The other doorway against old black and white "marbled" look stick on tiles. The other is without this strip at the new carpet transition (NEW metal silver strip). The only thing that would make these better is if there were more than 4 anchors and screws per strip. Would highly recommend tho I can't say anything about how they wear over time. But I even had to order and wait for these I was so set on using them. BTW - just in case I purchased 2 strips and the other wasn't used so I easily returned it to the store for refund. No questions asked.

Lovely molding, not the right colorI visited two Home Depots to try and match the Traffic Master vinyl plank flooring in my apartment with compatible molding--the installer used something like dark brown "duct tape" as a molding. I did not find any compatible samples of the molding in the stores I visited and had to resort to pictures from the 'net. The product I received from Zamma was lovely, but not the color I needed. An e-mail to Zamma requesting samples has gone unanswered. I am still trying to find what I need.
