Carpet Reducer/Baby Threshold is used for transitions between carpet and hard-surface flooring. The durable finish coordinates with our real wood and cork flooring. Use with these Millstead floors: Hickory Dusk 3/8 in. thick click floors. This molding is proudly crafted from wood grown. Attach moldings to wood sub floors using countersunk nails and finish with putty. Adhere moldings to concrete sub floors using construction adhesive.

Quality control?
I purchased nine of these at $44+ each. I had one that quality control should have culled because it was badly bowed. I cut it up into smaller pieces. Several had bubbles in the finish. Quality control should have sent these back for sanding and refinishing. Several had small spots where there was no stain. These things are apparently done by hand. Just average quality. Not a great value for the money. I should have taken several back to the store, but we had to use them because of my contractor being ready to install the floor.

Disappointed
I order 1 piece of this to cover 2 door ways. The piece was so bowed that when I tried to glue it down, both end would not lay down flat on the floor.
I could have ordered the same piece in unfinished oak for 1/2 the price & stained it myself!
