While the product itself is good and did what was dxpdcted, the fact that you can only purchase i...While the product itself is good and did what was dxpdcted, the fact that you can only purchase it online is a hinderance.
The product I received was the same part number, same wood pattern, but the physical color was several shades darker than the same product I had purchased for the other 8 steps I already had in place (screwed up a couple pidces, so had to order one more length for the last step). Buying it online, you have no ability to see what you will sctually be getting...I may have order 3 of these and gotten 3 different shades. This is very frusterating. In the end, I was able to make it work by removing 3 sections that were already laid and alternating between light/dark, but still not the uniform look that would be preferred.
It is more frusterating that these are a laminate coloring...not a stain... so I would expect the colors to at least match consistently.
Made no sense to return it, I may have gotten something in a worse color set than this one was. Gave me a good lesson to purchase 1 additional length when I work on the next section to ensure I have enough for oopses and to keep all the coloring the same.
