The TOUGHBUILT FOAMFIT Knee Pads are a great value for the price-point for anyone in the market to pick up some knee pads. As someone with larger legs, they fit VERY comfortably and the velcro straps allow for plenty of flexibility and movement while not cutting into the back of my knees. As anyone who has spent the day on their knees tiling or laying carpet knows, comfort is key. Between the foam padding in the knee pad and the soft elastic straps, these knee pads are great. The front of the knee pads are a soft material, not a hard plastic. This feature is nice for working hardwood or tile, both because you aren't "clopping" around the room on your knees, and you wont mark up your new floor.
Because of the soft foam and the fabric front, I would only recommend these for indoor use. While I'm sure they would provide great comfort while gardening, They would get muddy and absorb moisture pretty easily.
Working indoors? Get yourself a pair of these knee pads!

I always seem to be kneeling when I'm working in the yard or the house or the garage. I have cushion floor tile pieces I put down in the garage, but a single layer isn't enough. Most knee pads that I've tried are only good for 10-15 minutes before they compress too far to be of much help.
These pads are not only heavily cushioned, they seem to spread out the pressure so that they stay comfortable and the material on the face is flexible, but very durable. Seems to be a nylon weave, like canvas, but much more durable. They maintain good traction on cement, unlike the the hard shell type, which can be slippery. They are also very easy to put on and to remove, with a long, strong Velcro strip.

I had several other knee pads in the past and most of them broke after a short while. Usually the...I had several other knee pads in the past and most of them broke after a short while. Usually the straps rip out of one side and make the whole thing useless. This hasn't happened on these, so far.
The pads are fairly soft on the inside and therefore comfortable. What I'm not so happy about is that they have one strap instead of two. single strap knee pads always cut into the back of my leg after a relatively short period of wearing them.

Before buying this pair, I had one set of knee pads that would leave marks on interior floors and...Before buying this pair, I had one set of knee pads that would leave marks on interior floors and carpets. Now, I finally have a pair for working inside. These are comfortable and like advertised, do not leave any marks. This pair doesn't slide on slick ceramic floors either. I don't have any problems with heavy sweating or slipping off my knees. Should have bought these a long time ago.

I was helping my son out, in his new home which is over one hundred years old. We are doing everything and these knee pads are a blessing. They are so comfortable. These pads are making it possible for my almost sixty five year old knees to work all day. we are doing the flooring finishing work , such as new molding and these are making this job pain free

I’m old and overweight so I have trouble working on my knees. I’ve had several different kinds of knee pads and cushions and have never found any that were really comfortable and work well. I’ve had a couple pair of inexpensive foam knee pads and they were better than nothing, but the thin straps cut in the backs of my knees, the elastic gave out quickly, they were hard to keep under my knees; easily twisting out from under my knees, and the pads wore out quickly working on cool deck. I also have a pair of expensive pads with a hard plastic shell, they work better, but they are very uncomfortable to wear for extended periods.
The foam in these ToughBuilt knee pads is designed to fit the natural shape of your knee and upper shin, maximizing the pressure distribution over your whole knee. They have high side walls which greatly reduce the tendency for the pads to twist off of your knee. The elastic leg straps are broad, like those on medical braces and comfortably hold their place without cutting off your circulation or cutting the back of your knee. They are very well made and should last me as long as I am able to work on my knees.
Now if I can just find something to help me get up after I’m done working on my knees.

I don't often have a need to use knee pads (mostly used when crawling around in the attic) but when my old ones were no longer usable, I decided to give these Foamfit a try. They are so much more comfortable and the straps don't bunch-up cutting into the back of the knee like my old ones did. The surface being made of a type of fabric isn't slippery on hard floors or carpet giving it much more stability than a hard plastic surface knee pad. The straps are plenty long to accommodate even large legs. So far I am very pleased and expect them to last many years.

These came in last week just in time as I had a large tiling job to get done, and some other work...These came in last week just in time as I had a large tiling job to get done, and some other work that needed this kind of protection. These are very comfortable and do not pinch; they also clasp on very well and stay put where you want them. I like the construction, the material is high grade, the padding is oh so soft and protective. The closure system is much better than others I have used. I intend on getting another pair.
