It's built very well, but extremely light in the hands. I will say that it really does not even feel like you are holding this trowel, so it makes install very easy.
I really like the ground edge as it helps to prevent leaving rough areas wen working.
The wooden handle is very comfortable, and forms well contour hand. I also love the burned in Ridgid logo. You will be amazed when you try this for the first time!

Somehow, my last finishing trowel got left out in the rain (I'm not naming names here, honey) It...Somehow, my last finishing trowel got left out in the rain (I'm not naming names here, honey) It was a rusty mess! And it was also $40 down the tubes. Needed a new one and for cheap. I picked up this one at Home Depot for less than 10 bucks, and I like it more than my old rusty one! You get a lot more tool for the money from RIDGID, it seems, and I highly recommend this one!

Finish trowelThe finish trowel was a good deal and works as described the handle is wood and looks like it is replaceable but I dont know if replacements are available The angle is very comfortable and the aluminum frame is strong and the price was great
