As part of a kitchen remodel project, the 20+ year...As part of a kitchen remodel project, the 20+ year old engineered wood plan floor needed to go, as did the T-Mold. While the color is not an exact color match for the Gotham Oak (varying shades of gray) vinyl planks, it's extremely close. It was also very easy to install. Since the kitchen and entryway it abuts are potentially wet areas, I applied 2 coats of a waterproof finish to the underside since it is MDF that does not fare well with moisture/water - it swells!
