I’ve used inexpensive knee pads (i.e., less than $10) and they worked ok but decided to try these for about $5-10 more. From the advertising pictures the shell of the knee pad looks hard and inflexible, but that’s not the case. The shell is soft and flexible. The heavy duty PVC caps prevent slips, skids and slides and at the same time don’t damage your surfaces. Overall quality is very good.
It has a durable EVA Foam padding that contours to the shape of your knees to provide a secure fit while at the same time ensuring comfort and stability that lasts as long as the task at hand requires. The elastic strap is very soft, flexible and ensure that your knee pads stay secure on your knees at all times and won’t fall down or twist while in use as lesser pads do.
I found they were great on a wide variety of surfaces from hardwood floors, tile, wood, etc. I found that they keep your knee protected without damaging your surfaces.
They are great for persons whose job requires a lot of kneeling like gardeners, tile and floor installers, auto mechanics, etc. I highly recommend the Prolock wet surface knee pads.

The PROLOCK All-Weather Waterproof Foam Knee Pads were very comfortable to kneel on and did not bind or move around like the cheap ones did. I tried these knee pads with some (old ragged) short pants and found that the label that is sewn to the top edge of one of the pads irritated my leg. It is sewn with thin fishing line and the thread ends poked into my skin. This is not an issue with long pants.

Having tried many brands and styles before these are the ultimate in comfort and protection. They are very pliable and soft and do not hurt when kneeling for extended periods of time. They have a wide rubber band with 3 holes on each side for maximum adjustment and don’t pinch my inner back leg when keeping them on for a long time.The inner portion has a soft thick molded foam and the outer cover has a 1/16” rubber shell that moves with you. The strap attaches to a knob on the sides and stays put but can be released easily. Clean up is simple with a wet rag and they store inside each other for convenience. I even used then on my elbows for cushion when I was doing a crawl space project.

They can be used on wet and dry surfaces. The outer shell is hard yet flexible. On the inside is eva foam that is enclosed so it can not get wet and is soft and distributes your weight. The knee pads are held in place with a single rubber band using a button type closure and has three positions on each side. The upper portion of the pads has an accordion like piece to prevent particles from getting into the pad but holds it in place while you walk or move around. These pads are at a medium price range and are excellent for cement work, roof work or other projects where you need to kneel.

The three products to manufacture this knee pad is PVC, Eva, and Rubber. The PVC is used for the hard durable cover. The EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate) is a foam product used in everything from mats to running shoes. This is the cushion for those sore tired knees. It is encased to keep it dry and from other elements. It is solidly held in place with the strap anchors. The rubber strap has three hole/slots on each side giving you five adjustments. Great product

Knee pad shells and foam are waterproof providing excellent support for a variety of tasks in env...Knee pad shells and foam are waterproof providing excellent support for a variety of tasks in environments from concrete floors to flower bed renovations. The closed cell foam and hard outer shell covering makes them easy to clean. The foam conforms to the knee providing individual support and comfort enabling longer duration tasks to be completed comfortably. The flexible plastic straps are adjustable eliminating the normal elastic strap breakage which occurs with other manufacturers.

These foam knee pads are outstanding! I received the day before my spice rack (built in to my lo...These foam knee pads are outstanding! I received the day before my spice rack (built in to my lower kitchen cabinets collapsed forcing me to get on my knees for 2 1/2 hours removing all the spices and repairing the assembly. They were very comfortable, stayed in position and allowed me to work pain free.Being 67 years old my knees are not what they once were and could never have completed the repair without them. Proud of them!!!

I really like these new knee pads because of the closure strap, its rubber and can be tightened a...I really like these new knee pads because of the closure strap, its rubber and can be tightened as needed, my 0ld pads were Velcro and wont stay tight. The new pads are also heavily "PADDED" and provide plenty of cushion when your down on your knees and really need protection. Since they are 95% black they are discrete and offer protection with out making it obnoxious visually!
