Fabulous product!
I used Mira Matte on my 40-year-old, tired, faded fake rock facing on my home's exterior. I was not certain it would work, but tried a test area and loved it. It truly is color enhancing as many products CLAIM to be. I have tried others, and just ended up with tired, faded, SHINY fake rock LOL. Now it looks like I have brand new stone facing. It gives it the deeper color like when wet, without the high gloss finish. With multiple coats it gets more and more 'enhanced' and at about the 4th coat will have a light sheen and not be 'matte' anymore, but is still not high gloss. I am so pleased! Good coverage, too. The first coat reallly got soaked up, but each additional coat (I did 3-4 coats) took less product. I used 8 qts. to do my home, which covered about 200 sq. feet of 'rock'. For around $125 I feel like I have added thousands to my home's value and now love to drive up to my home and admire it's renewed beauty.

This product transformed my black slate entryway, which had not had any maintenance (other than c...This product transformed my black slate entryway, which had not had any maintenance (other than cleaning with clear water) for about 35 years. Now it looks glossy and like new! The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating is because I don't know how well it will hold up.
It went on easily, but it does have a lot of fumes. So, heed the manufacturer's instruction to have a lot of ventilation. Probably better to do it when you can open your doors and windows.
One regret I have is that once the black slate looked so fantastic, it made the grey grout look dingy. I wish I had used Grout Renew before sealing the whole floor with this Mate Finish Sealer.

Mira MatteAfter grouting and washing a gray & black, random, porous, stone floor the stones were faded & dull. Mira Matte brought out the color and a uniform satin finish even where it puddled in the deep crevices in in the stone. After 2 weeks of walking & a couple mopings the floor has retained its luster. Could not ask for more from this product.

Excellent product for slate tilesI have applied this product 5 months ago over natural cleft black slate tiles in my kitchen. Without it, maintenance was very difficult. Scratches can still show up, but are easily touched up. I really like the way the color is enhanced without giving a glossy finish unnatural for that kind of tile.
My only complaint is that the product is not available directly in my Home Depot store!

Excellent stone sealer for bringing out the color of the stone.I have used this product on slate and concrete pavers. It does a nice job of bringing the colors of the stone out. It does have a shine, but not as shiny as Seal & Enhance. It goes on easy. I recommend the Porous Plus as your initial coat since it is a penetrating sealer, followed by the Mira Matte. Doing so you won't have a re-seal for at least 2 years or more.

Enhancer? NotPut 2 coats on, could see no change. Doesn't enhance at all. Expensive and useless.
