Fantastic!
Our grout was about 5 years old and the tile installer never sealed it. Over time, my mopping solution (plus two toddlers) only darkened the grout. I ordered two bottles since I have a large area to be covered (eat-in kitchen, large kitchen, laundry room). The two bottles arrived with two small grout brushes, however I had already purchased a better and larger grout brush that worked better. Start with clean floors, then: 1) Spray the solution 2) Let it penetrate for a few minutes 3) Scrub with grout brush 4) Wipe off. Always the skeptic, at first I didn't think it was working because it has to completely air dry (10-15 minutes) before you can see the grout go back to it's original color. (Honestly, I had forgotten what the original grout color was!). See photos below. I read some of the negative reviews, and I can attest that it's more than just water because you can feel the surfactant (like mild soap) on your hands. I am very pleased with the product. I only wish I didn't have such a large space to clean!

Works as AdvertisedMy grout was pretty dirty. Actually, it was downright grungy in the kitchen and some other traffic areas. This stuff worked and got the grout clean. I scrubbed the grout lines with a stiff bristle broom brush after applying the cleaner and letting it sit for a few moments and then mopped it up per the instructions. Also scrubbed the tile lightly a few strokes with the residual cleaner and cleaned the tile pretty nicely also. After scrubbing the grout and tile the stuff I was mopping up was pretty dirty so I changed the mop rinse water fairly often to insure a clean rinse. The grout cleaner works well and is easy to use.
I would point out however that i ran out of the grout cleaner before I finished the entire floor. I had just a small section left so I mixed up white vinegar and water in a 1:1 ratio and it seemed to work about as well as the grout cleaner. I don't plan on letting my grout get that grungy again so I may try vinegar and water next time I clean grout and tile and see how well it works on not so dirty grout.

I was disappointed in the results. If your grout is not very dirty, this would be OK. I used a ...I was disappointed in the results. If your grout is not very dirty, this would be OK. I used a bleach pen with much better results. I also purchased the Clorox jell in a larger container with a pointed nozzle that had a larger content than the bleach pen. I let the Clorox set on the grout for an hour and wiped it off with clear water. The results of using the Clorox were excellent.

Amazing!This is an excellent product at a great price! Used to clean my light grey/white tile floors and the result was amazing! I did have to use a little elbow grease. Spray on, let sit for a few minutes and then scrub with small bristle brush. I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

The best grout cleaner on the planet!This grout cleaner is the greatest! You clean the floor beforehand, spray the Tech cleaner on the grout, let it set for a few minutes, brush with a wire grout brush and wipe the solution off with a clean wet rag. Back to original condition in a flash!
I just don't understand why Home Depot does not carry it in their stores. It must be purchased at homedepot.com and sent to a store for pick up. There are many other grout cleaners on the shelf at Home Depot that do not do the job. Why isn't this one stocked?

Best grout cleaner ever!!!!I wish I had known about this product years ago! This is hands-down the easiest and best grout cleaner ever! Simply spray on, wait momentarily and with relative ease you scrub your grout with the Total-Reach10 in. Grout Brush (another product I ordered on line at Home Depot). In minutes your floor will look like it did the day it was installed!! I can't stop telling people about this product.(And the brush--it attaches to a mop handle so you scrub the grout without getting on your hands & knees. forget toothbrush cleaning ever again!) It really works! And with no harsh chemicals or smells, it is a no-brainer!!

Works great !This product works great. My grout had not been cleaned for years other than the occasional mopping. This product was simple to use and worked as promised. Spray on, use little scubbing and clean off. Grout looked great! Will use this product from now on. Can't wait to do the rest of my floors.
