I gave the knee pads a 4/5 rating because the Velcro region on the strap is too small so it did not attach to my legs securely enough, moves around frequently.
The hard plates work well, they do a good job of protecting my knees from any direct hits or whenever I am kneeling on the ground for long periods of time . The plates can be removed and reattached easily. For me having just the foam alone does not offer much comfort, I am 235lbs so for someone who weighs less and is exerting less pressure on the foam it may not be an issue.
Overall it did a good job of protecting my knees, I volunteer with an organization building homes and this is great to have on the site whenever I have to work on the floors or get down low.

These knee pads utilize quality components, are easy to use and comfortable. Each knee pad weighs 5.4 ounces, consisting of a 3/16” thick K-resin shell (moderately flexible) and 5/8” thick molded EVA foam pad. The resin shells were non-slip on most surfaces, but slipped a little on some hard vinyl floor tiles.
The straps are 1 7/16” wide x 19.5” in overall length - the elastic band portion is 11” long with hook and loop fasteners on the ends. The “inside” dimensions of the foam pads are approximately 4” x 6.25”. The overall outer dimensions are approximately 5.75” x 7.25” x 2.5”.

Save your knees...get these knee pads. These non marring pads can be used on any surface without ...Save your knees...get these knee pads. These non marring pads can be used on any surface without fear of damage. The pads are light weight and fit very comfortably. They are constructed very well and clean up easily. Good for any job big or small. they do not ride up or bind on your legs or knees. They can be worn for hours without any irritation. I would highly recommend these pads.

Nicely made knee pads. I haven't been able to kneel to work for several years without knee pads d...Nicely made knee pads. I haven't been able to kneel to work for several years without knee pads due to old football injuries and irritation for several years as an electrician. These are better made and more comfortable than the ones I used in the past, I am having knee replacement surgery next month and I hope these will allow me to get back to work on my home projects.
