Hilti 2118763 14” segmented diamond cutting Blade is a very reasonable price wet or dry blade for cutting concrete masonry stone and other similar materials. I have attached a photo of the blade installed the day before it was used but forgot to photo after use. The blade cut fine and was used to re cut a damaged or chipped curb section that was removed as per city code. As always using water when cutting adds a lot of life to the blade and keeps the blade cool during the cutting process. Wet Cutting is an easy way to keep in compliance with the new Osha Silica Dust rules that became effective September 2017. This helps keep you in compliance with the serious rules and regulations for all owners and supervisors and helps protect all employees from serious health risks and exposure to silica dust.
The blade worked fine but not sure how long the blade will last as it is very reasonable priced. I did not feel it cut as fast as more expensive blades as the cost is synonymous with the diamonds in the blade. In this instance more diamonds is equal to faster cutting. Also hardness of material cut has a big difference on blade life.

Received this segmented diamond blade for review and was well pleased with the quality and performance of the blade. My primary use for this blade was used for cutting wall black. You definitely need to use a water spray on the block to cut down on the amount of dust it creates. The blade did an excellent job and would highly recommend it for the price.

This product was shipped to my home and arrived in a well packaged box and was in an undamaged condition. I really like that this product can be used in either wet or dry applications. i also like the high use of diamonds in this product, it increases the speed in which I can make my cuts saving me time and money. Thick steel core.

I have used the smaller diamond blade before for work I had to do. I can barrow a friend's large ...I have used the smaller diamond blade before for work I had to do. I can barrow a friend's large saw to do the work. I bought the blade so I do not have to use his blade. I can ware out my own. If something happens to my blade then it is my problem. These blades are made well and last a long time. This larger blade goes deeper and I don't have to use a chisel to finish the work.

There are 25 teeth that are a kerf slightly thicker than the disc and makes cutting through (dry) like the hot knife in butter, the longevity seems to be good. Just four, 3 foot cuts in a slab shows little or no wear. There are small grooves in the diamond teeth that seem to help remove the dust and makes a quick job of it. Very nice blade!

14 IN. SEGMENTED CUTTING DIAMOND BLADE P-S 14 IN. X 1 IN. has just been used in my tile table saw...14 IN. SEGMENTED CUTTING DIAMOND BLADE P-S 14 IN. X 1 IN. has just been used in my tile table saw. First it is always impressive to use a new sharp tool. This saw was used on tile ranging to 24" and made smooth cuts through 180 tiles. It was then placed in a concrete cutter and preformed equally as well. I would recommend this blade for all round masonry work.
